Missing out on packs due to EA weak servers

In one of my WL matches on FUT champs i was 1-0, the game bugged/ EA servers glitched and said I lost connection. I ended up on 7/8 wins and 14/15 games played, thus missing out on the rewards. This was not my fault, as my PS still had connection to the internet as i was in a party chat with friends. I feel this is unfair that i missed out on the 15 games played and believe EA need to sort this out, allow me to play the extra game or gift me the 15 matches played reward.!!!!!

Find it impossible to get live help and question if EA even have employees???
