Missing Player Picks from Season Pass Rewards – Level 28+

Hello,

 

I have progressed beyond level 28 in the Season Pass (both Standard and Premium) in EA SPORTS FC 25, but I haven't received the Player Pick rewards associated with these levels. The picks are not showing up on my PS5 nor in the Companion App (mobile).

 

My EA/PSN ID is: randomtitan99  

Platform: PlayStation 5 + Companion App

 

Please assist me in retrieving the missing rewards from the Season Pass. I would appreciate your help.

    This happened to me too

    But then I waited and logged out and back in again and everything was fine.

    It’s not working for me. I logged in on both PS5 and the Companion App, but it still didn’t work — I haven’t received them.

    Restarting the game and logging back in to your account should resolve this issue for you. You can always check the rewards you received with our support team.
