Missing player ultimate team ea fc 25

In Fifa 25 Ultimate Team. Foden is gone, nuno mendes is gone. Haaland, which was tradable, became untradable. My 150k coins are gone. These are the changes I could see in my account.

Error code CE-117773-6 when trying to play online rivals or champions game modes this is my sons account it's been doing it for a while I've paid for ultimate edition both for me an my son £179.98 I want this fixing as I spend an awful lot on ea games and fifa points an will not be buying another ea game unless this is resolved not only this but he hasn't even received his 250,000 coins on clubs this is all for the account above

This has just happened to me. Sold salah out my squad.  Bought rodygo and rodri... came back to it an hour later. I've got Allison sold on the transfer market that I've never owned ever and rodri and rodrygo are gone from my team and club

The same with me 

i have the same problem. Is it lost forever or did you do something to fix it?
