hello. an ea advisor "kriti" advised me to report my case here so here i am
I packed ronaldinho ultimate succession on store pack "take a crack player pick " i selected him and send him to club, when i go to club i can't find him
i have a case opened about it - Case #196983222
How is possible that I went for the auto building squad ,because the game didn't want to accept having upgraded Hazard in the team ,I was trying to play rivals ! ??? I set it on auto building and Hazard just washed !
thank you sir for your reply
but a checked the quick sell list and im sure i did not quick sell him and also im sure i did not put him on sbc since i didn't do any sbc since i packed him
Community ManagerHey there,
Players cannot simply vanish from your account. If you're unable to find certain players on your team, they may have been quick sold or used to complete Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). In the case of a quick sell, you have the option to use Quick Sell Recovery through the Web and Companion App (remember that you can’t undo Quick Sells for Loan Player Items.)
However, if a player has been submitted to an SBC, that action is irreversible, as all submissions are final.
