I opened a 90+ Premium Immortals pack, and it just didn’t contain an immortals player. I spoke to someone on live chat and they said it was passed onto higher up employees and to post my issue here
Hey slush3817 Has someone from the team checked your pack history to confirm what items you have received? They should be able to give you a list of packed items. Can you name any other items you received in that pack?
