Rewards in FC Season not claiming

Hey, 

So obviously when you play rivals or champs, you can get SP points or from any other way to be honest.

Some levels have multiple rewards, when I get to the level and it’s time to claim the rewards, only 1 out of 3 of them claims. For example; If the level gets me FUT Birthday Balotelli, Fut Birthday Willian & and 86+ x3 pack, it only claimed the Balotelli card.

This has happened for all the stacked reward levels I pass, it’s frustrating and this particular Memory lane is over tomorrow and I couldn’t care less about those lost rewards but I wanna know how I could fix this going forward

Would appreciate any tips, thanks x
