Missing pre order rewards

Hello EA Support,

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26 before August 26, 2025 via [e.g. EA App / PlayStation Store / Xbox Store].

According to the official info, I should have received:

  • A 93+ Icon Player Pick (in FC 25 UT)
  • A 99 Shooting Evolution item (in FC 25 UT)

However, after logging into FC 25 Ultimate Team, playing matches, and restarting the game multiple times, I have not received any of these rewards.

    Thanks for pre-ordering the game. Please note that pre-order Rewards for FC 25 will not be immediately accessible, they will be delivered in the coming days.

    I also have the same issue please help we need to file an official complaint please help me to reach is there an official mail or a link to live chat

    Still haven’t received it ….. Create several tickets and they were all closed « can’t find missing conten ». 
    I’m still missing the Early-bird Evo.

    Will someone from EA actually try to help?

    I have bought fc26 ultimate edition as pre order 10 days ago and still haven’t received the items which included on my purchased which are Early bird 99 SHO and pick player icon for Fc25
