I unlocked lvl 40 in the season pass and i would've liked to get the icon pick. But when i clicked X instead of getting to choose between Firmino, the 87*10 or icon pick, i just got Firmino. Normally the screen pops up where you can you one of the 3 but i didn't get any option here. If possible i would like to get compensation.
It happened at approximately 11 am, on PC through steam.

I’ve had the exact same problem, just got to level 40 and wanted to choose the icon pick but I automatically got firmino, i didn’t get the option to choose between firmino , 87+x10 or icon pick. I really wanted to choose the icon pick and I would love to get compensation for the error. Please.

Exact same happened to me yesterday around 12 pm, also on PC. My game glitched out then crashed, and when I logged back in, the game automatically chose Firmino for me.
