Missing Premium Season Pass Rewards

I have been unable to claim Level 25 of the premium season pass. (Oblak, Maignan, Kobel Shapeshifters)  The level does not have a green tick next to it. And i have never had access to these items. I...

The same has happened to me on level 35. Got Leao but after choosing Kaka, he’s not in my squad 😭
