Missing reward packs

I was playing Ultimate Team needing one more H2H win to gain enough points for level 45 and 46 rewards.  My opponent disconnected after I sacked him and it booted me out of Ultimate Team to the main menu.  When I went back into Ultimate Team, I am now level 46 but I am missing both my rewards.  I need compensated level 45 and 46 rewards.  This isn’t my fault he disconnected and the system glitched.  Please let me know what you need to fix.  It’s not much; it’s the principle of me doing nothing wrong yet missing my rewards.  This is the 2nd time I have posted and no one responded first time.  If EA doesn’t respond, then I know how much they care.
