I have received the wrong rewards! I have reached elite 2 and instead I received the lower rewards, which is elite 3. No one was helpful. All they can do is talking and every time I explain they act like they have seen the issue, which is not. Worst hep center ever!
I’m sure I didn’t drop down because you play 12 matches. I won all of them and reached elite 2 in order to claim X2 squad battles mode packs. I waited until yesterday and I was shocked.

They call themselves helpEA. They are not helpful at all.
When did you finish? You're rank in SB is not only determined on your own score. How later in the week we get, how more points you need. How many points did you get? U needed around 25.6K for elite 2 last week. Just trying to help since EA is indeed worse
