Missing "Tú Eres Mi Ídolo II" EVO After Completing Part I

Hi EA Sports FC 25 Team,  

I recently completed the *"Tú Eres Mi Ídolo I"* Evolution, but I’m unable to find the free *"Tú Eres Mi Ídolo II"* EVO that should have been unlocked as a reward. Could you please check if this is a known issue or guide me on how to access it?
