Moments - Win the game bug

For me any FC25 Moments challenge where you need to win the game is broken. I worked very hard and tried multiple challenges like this and when I'm finally able to win with  for instance 2-3 after having to start the challenge with 2-0 down, once the game time ends it just doesn't recognize I won the game, doesn't tick the box and it tells me to retry.

This is pretty frustrating because after working so hard to finally being able to win the game I still haven't completed the challenge because of this bug.

Similar thing happened during the final penalty shootout in the Saudi Arabia challenges, it does tick the box for me being able to score 3 penalties and after I scored the decisive penalty my player runs to my team and they cheer like crazy but then all of a sudden I see Mané walking up to the referee who gives him the match ball and it turns out I haven't won and need to retry.

This keeps happening every time so I just gave up on Moments and it completely demotivates me to play the game. You work very hard to win a certain challenge and when you finally able to make it the game doesn't recognizes you made it. So what's the point in playing then if you're not able to complete these challenges anyways.
