Hello, few months ago I was transfer market banned from EA FC 25 I want to ask that I saw two ''Sanction'' bans in my ban history section but I've received ban just once, why is there two ban in my history? I don't know if it does matter or not but I banned once and i didn't understand why is there two different bans in my history

I tried disputing my ban from mailing ea support but they declined my case without any answer. I want to know why there is two ''different'' bans since this is literally the first time I got banned from any EA games and I was wondering if it would make a problem since I'll buy EAFC 26 in few days.
I once again tried to reach the support by sending a ticket and I didn't get any response where can I learn why it seems like I have 2 different bans? and will it make a problem to my FC26?
