Hello, so basically my brother is currently in the hospital and doesnt have long left but luckly i managed to bring my ps5 last night to him so he could play and open some packs however he opened a 300k pack on the wrong account and i was wondering if there is any compennsation i can get like my coins back or fc points to cover it and im really disspointed that ea live chat support wasnt able to help me and said come here.
First of all I’m really sorry for you and family. I lost my big brother just before Christmas due to cancer. He was only 51 when he died. I’m absolutely devastated and hit me and my family hard.
