My evolutions aren't working

@GaZZaOlsoN I fixed the issue my friend! You need the Fc App! Sort your evos through the app accept and claim any u have and boom!!!

@Wiggy-p I honestly don't know everytime i click to onto the evos it puts me back to the Xbox home screen. Does yours do the same?
