My Fc25 doesn’t work

For the past week i’ve been trying to launch my fc25 on my ps4 but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried re-installing the game, I have checked for updates, i have checked my licenses and ive done a system reboot in my ps4. None of it worked. Does anybody knows how to fix this
