My xp has reset on ultimate team

Anyone know why my xp has reset? I got to level 35 in the season pass and claimed the pack and chiesa and the next day logged onto fifa and my xp has reset but it won’t allow me to claim anything as I make my way up the ladder again. I have 7,400 xp atm not been able to claim a single thing where as I should have completed the season with this 7,400 xp added onto the 35,000 xp I already had
