In the FC 24 game I did the ROAD TO FC 25 objective claiming that I would get a 81+X7 in EA SPORTS FC 25. I logged into the web app but I didn't have the pack. Could you please resolve this issue.

I need to address two issues and I'm intrigued to see if others are having it.
I downloaded EA FC 25 from EA App as I have the Play Pro subscription. It was mentioned that I will get the pre-order bonuses. When opening the game, it told me that I have FP to convert from FC 24 even if I didn't have any before yesterday when I got the Play Pro subscription. I choose to transfer and I got 3200 FP. I noticed now when logged in to FC 24 that I got the other pre-order bonuses from Play Pro as for FC 24 I had standard edition so never got these rewards. Now my questions is if I would still receive the 4600 FP points I was supposed to for the FC 25 pre-order bonus.
Also, another issue is about the 81+ x7 pack supposed to get from completing the Road to FC 25 evo in FC 24. I have to mention that the evo was completed on the same account in FC 24.

This has nothing to do with sbc it is about the road to fc25 evo in fc24 which was meant to give me a 81 x7 in fc25 but has not been given to me on my account

I completed some objectives and did the road to FC 25 evolution in FC 24 to get reward packs in FC 25 but did not receive the rewards?
Can you answer about the issue I had with the FP as well please?
