Not gaining xp for winning on ultimate team on fc25

Because they have started the new season and the game is glitched again and not giving any weekly/season objectives.

Because the game is crap , E.A are an absolute disgrace at answering any queries ( they just ignore and send out pre formatted emails) and they just want you to buy packs and line their pockets. This game is awful, probably the worst of the worst! 

I've not gained anything in the last couple of days and now the problem is fixed but I don't receive the old xp because I couldn't claim... See attached pictures. Missing out on a lot of rewards because of this.
