Objectives completed but no reward.

Hi, when finishing the season week 1 objective a lot of people never got the reward for it, this has apparently been fixed for the next weeks, but we’ve still not got the reward for the first week. 
we've been told to go to the official post about it or X for some dumb reason, it’s been more than three weeks now and the only update we’ve gotten two weeks ago is that, oh we fixed it and the team is working on it and since then there’s been complete silence from the mods.

It’s honestly disgusting how we’re being treated, how hard could it be to talk to your community instead of ignoring us and pretending the issue doesn’t exist?

The only times we see EA_Pulsar is him locking other threads about the issue and directing people to this thread for updates, the issue is that your not telling us anything at all, neither on X has a word been said.

Do you really think we are so dumb that it’s taken your team over three weeks to fix this, I know it’s not a paid pack that’s an issue but we all spent money on buying this game and time playing it, I can understand that there’s been an issue, stuff happens, but the way you’re treating this is not okay at all.
