Opened a pack and revived no players , and didn’t receive my coins back

I opened a 525,000k pack like 2 months ago and received nothing players and didn’t receive my coins back, as soon as it happed I went to the EA help to open a case about the issue and they said that it was an error on there end so I wait till about two weeks and then chase them up again due to nothing been done about the issue yet and they said they were look into it and it’s under investigation contacted them again today and they’ve told me to post it on here as well
