Opponent disconnecting to prevent me from winning

I had a great counter attack, which lead to my 96 Kvaratskhelia and Mia Hamm in a 2 v 1 situation against their goalkeeper In the final play of the game. My opponent then left the game, or turned off his device, im not sure what he did. I got a message saying I was disconnected from my opponent and I didnt even get a win or a draw. This is in rivals and I am trying the qual for reward upgrade so this is very frusterating.

Pls fix this game ea, I spent 100$ to play it and regret it.
