Pack bug

I still cannot open the pack.. or any other rewards....

How is it possible you cannot fix this issue. Its been 12+ hours now.

I cannot believe I am giving my money to you scam artists. Every year again and your system keeps getting worse. You even use the same lay out as last year yet you cannot manage to have it working properly.

The worst thing of it all: You are not even adressing your player base. Status update maybe??

Just delete the pack from my account I don't care about the gold pack. Just want to play the game and open my rewards. 

FURIOUS!

    I said almost the same… its not so horrible thing what they cant fix in 2 hours

    Tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Un sobre de bronze en articulos para asignar que me da error cada vez que intento canjearlo y no puedo abrir ningun sobre de la tienda por culpa de eso.
