Packs from FC HUB missing

Hello,

yesterday I played a lot with my friend. In the end of the day I got tons of xp, so I should get rewards in the hub because I gained level.

Unfortunately although I got the levels, I didnt get the packs. All the Packs between level 12 and level 20 (Player Pick) are missing.

Please help.
