Paid Evolution not working and showed error(coins deducted).

"I purchased the evolution of 'The Specialist' for 25,000 coins, but after pressing confirm, the evolution was not applied to my selected player. However, the 25,000 coins were still deducted from my account."

    It is not a solution, the coins have been deducted and the player did not evolve.

    mo7a-prince​ When you say "evolution was not applied to my selected player", what happened to evolution? Did it selected the wrong player? Is it still available in the evolution list? What do you see currently? Can you please share screenshots or video clips if possible?

    I clicked on the evolution confirmation at 07:59 PM and the amount has been deducted ,the evolution has been expired at 8:00 PM and the player did not show in my evolutions list.
