You can try changing your settings to early or late. If it’s on late you can pass and still change it before the animation finishes.
You can also try using manual offense. This will give you more control over the passes.
You can also turn on the online input overlay. This will show you your button presses and if you have any delay.
I dont understand really cause i tryed everithing included what sou are saying… I think this game is just rubbish, no explanation
