Pick selection cant be confirmed

my player pick doesnt have the option to reddem the player after selecting him, i mean it doesnt let me press square. i cant login from companion because i cant leave ut because im stuck on the pick and cant leave it. any solution??

ALT + F4, try again, if you still stuck on that, alt f4 again, log in and log out without go to the store, now you must can enter from companion bc you log off correctly
