Player Pick Glitch

Had a glitch when I try claim my rewards due to season pass ending tomorrow, It automatically claimed the first player meaning it chose Capdevilla, probably is I wanted Nakata not Capdevilla. This is an issue as ever since the new player pick style has been introduced and with there being no option to double check and confirm your pick, at least on season progress this has impacted me losing out on a player I really really wanted and spending hours grinding out for. EA can you please do something as I’m losing hope in the forums as they never work out whenever i attempt to report things for not just me but for others I know that also play the game a lot. It’s making us lose trust and making us want to switch to alternative games like PES.
