PlayStation Tournament

I have won a PlayStation Tournament the one for the Dubai Cup, but I still haven’t got the 1050 fc points rewards or the invitation to the finals it’s been 5 days but nothing has came, I’ve went to the last transactions and it said it went through? is that an issue from Sony or EA? Thanks.
