Please fix my evolution

Hello ea I wanted to do the new evolution hero in a half shell i pressed on the player i wanted and gave 100,000 coins and it shows here that I selected another player I didn’t want and i lost 100,000 and didn’t get my player evolution it showed me something unknown club and country I don’t remember because i am very upset and disappointed and unhappy
