I have the same problem, 72 h and not arrived yet 

I have the same problem. I bought it last night and it still hasn't arrived. 

Good luck hopefully gets sorted quicker than last time, think it took them about 2 weeks to sort it, loads was having the same issue

I got this from the app, after deleting and reinstalling the app my fifa points came back, just so you know, you can try it if you want.
