Please sort out people on rush wasting others time

EA make this game so toxic, and unplayable because nothing is done about rubber-banding or just saying thanks or pass etc to not get kicked from the game. 

why is it so hard to bring in a ratings system that kicks you when below a certain rating say 7.0, then ban the players for 1 hour, then 2 hours then  6 hours etc. to keep the people who want to play playing. Not turning it off because 9 times out of ten there is a time waster
