Pre-order + Pre-Season Content

So I have been playing FC 25 and every other one that i've owned on xbox. However for FC 26 i'm now going to be making the switch to playstation for various reasons.

Firstly, I've been told that i'm ineligble to receive the pre-order rewards on my xbox FC 25 account due to pre-ordering it on a different platform, which i just see as being downright unfair. Why should I receive less rewards than everyone else.

Secondly, I know believe that I won't be awarded any of the FC 26 pre-season content that i've been starting to work towards since the season began last week. I have no interest in buying FC 25 AGAIN on a different platform just top earn these rewards. I'm not wanting the rewards to available to me on both platforms for the next installment. I just want to be able to get them on the playstation account when i make the switch over.

Is there anyway I can sort this out? Because I'm purchasing the games like everyone else but just because i'm switching platforms, I feel like I'm being severely penalised for doing so.
