Actually I think if I remember correctly, when choosing to pre install the new FC25, it had an option cancelled out for pre-order. It may have activated today on launch day, best thing to try is go down to the game, manage installation and see if there is anything else to install alongside the game.
Thats why maybe why some of us have it and the majority don't as we all probably pre-installed it prior release..... HOPE THIS HELPS
I won't be able to try it myself until earliest 4pm
Pre-ordered the game on 26th July.
Downloaded it. Had 4600 fc points on Saturday but no other content. On Sunday, I had 100 FC points and still no content.
Seems an absolute shambles and nobody taking ownership or trying to resolve the issue.
