Do I still get the pre season packs in eafc 25 if I changed platforms between eafc24 and 25?

after content time I hav eonly received 2 Packs. I have done all objectives. This is a shame. How we are spending 100€ for a gamne that is bugged unplayable and we are not getting, that we were promised?
How is it possible to be worse and worse every Year?
@id3h2h5hzoc4 The pre-season rewards were coming out starting today -- up to a month from then; they're coming out in waves. Hopefully, we get out packs soon!
