Hello, I am an FC25 player on PC, and I recently bought a PS5. I linked my PSN account to my EA account, but when I enter Ultimate Team on PS5, I see that my team has not been transferred. Can you help me with this issue?

To add to the information provided by Nalchic , cross-progression is available in EA FC 25 only within the same platform.
Is there cross-progression in EA SPORTS FC™?
Cross-progression is available if you’re playing on the same platform.
For example, you can carry over all of your progress from PlayStation® 4 to PlayStation® 5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S, but not from PlayStation® to Xbox.
