Problem with matchmaking in rivals and Fut champs

I’ve recently started playing Fc25 and I just kept on encountering the “opponent left the match” at the choosing kit stage. I can barely play a match in rivals and COULDNT play a single match in fut champs. I don’t really know if it’s my problem cuz I’ve read many people encountering the same problem but only for rivals. I’m playing on PS4 and from Asia. Does anyone know if there’s a fix to this cuz I’ve really been matchmaking for 2 days and couldn’t play a single WL game.
