[PS5 / PC / PS4 - Australia] Unable to enter Ultimate Team

summary of the issue: unable to connect to ultimate team and when on ultimate team, it is very slow. When unable to connect to ultimate team, the message “connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”
