Summary of the Issue - Australian server either won't connect, drops out, or hangs for the last 2+ days

Notes: Have cleared PS5 cache, reset modem multiple times, tried LAN and WiFi internet connection, tried different DNS servers. - bassil956 months agoNewcomer
It has now been down for me and all of my friends since Thursday night 27th March. We've tried hotspotting as well but nothing works. Different ISPs but majority Telstra. Other games work fine just FUT. EA says its an ISP issue and my ISP says its EA servers. Nobody can help and tonnes of us just missed on WL.
@EA how about some helpful response or acknowledgement? Pathetic

Issue : 3 days of being unable to load ultimate team

- Summary of the issue: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will be now be returning to the Main Menu.” message is thrown when entering Ultimate Team. When it does log me in and I go to play a Rush match it times me out of the match and says "Unable to connect to the EA server. Please check your internet connection, make sure the platform clint is online and try again etc".

Same can't sign in kicks out straight away.
connect drop out been happening since Friday can't play any games in Melbourne Australia.severs gone backwards. Ps please get back the old animations, This hyper bs animations making tge game slow, like skill moves were way quicker back in fifa13, How you making a video game slow as. If you want it realistic then Pele should have 0 pace as he's dead now and can't run or dribble or shoot.
