Queue bots

Im on xbox one series s so i dont have crossplay with basically anything and for the last 2 days all ive been matching up against are bots who queue, wait for the timer to run out and leave. I know theyre bots because after they quit it says some stupid **bleep** like ARJEK_mhe7377213 joined the party. How do i fix this
