I know that you're adamant that you only have 1 EA account, but it looks to me like you might have a second one somewhere, and that you're not logging into the right one. If you've started up FC 25 on your PC/console already but you're still getting this message, then the only conclusion is that it's not the right account. Have you tried reaching out to our live support team already to see if they can help you find any other accounts you might have, just in case?
