Ive been looking forward to this evo and havent recieved it yet, just wondering if anyone else is having this issue

    why doesn't hey jude evoltion appear in the store? i have played ea fc 25 and played ea fc 25?

    I am having this issue too! I am 100% eligible and have played the game lots before 1 Nov. I have the club member kits etc so am definitely a club member.

  • same i checked to make sure im a club member i have the tifos and kits and have played alot before nov 1st but still nothing

    I’m also missing Hey Jude Evo , I’m fut founder , brought the ultimate edition and have played everyday before November 1st. Can we get an update is this a known issue ??

  • @DangerMiz316 i’m having the same issue i had logged in at 1pm est and i saw the hey jude evo in store and i claimed it but i didn’t see the evo in available evolutions and i waited another hour and it’s been about 5 hours now and i still have not seen the evo even though i claimed it in my store. EA please fix this it’s very unacceptable that we claimed it and we don’t have it available on our accounts.

    I didnt even get the option to claim it, im definitely a club member too might have got rid of it when i logged in due to the issue though

    Yeah same issue here, I'm a fut founder, I have the ultimate edition, played near enough every single day since early release, I recieved the rb evo that was for members but didn't recieve this one, I've raised a ticket but I don't understand how this has happened how can ea do this to people who have spent money on their game, I hope this is resolved quickly

    Same issue- ultimate edition, been playing since early access, have all the other member & founder rewards but no hey Jude.

    I'm missing the same. I even did all of season 1 along with having active evos. It's a joke, yet they won't do anything to fix it again!

  • Just logged in again and it’s there now, you get a message in game and it goes to unsorted items.

    Have exactly the same issue, I know I’m eligible but I still haven’t got the rewards it’s ridiculous

    1. Close the game fully and then restart.

    2. Accept the hey Jude evo notification

    3. Buy any item

    4. Open your transfer list

    5. you should see the evo alongside the item you’ve just bought

    6. Accept the evo and then claim in the cosmetics tab
