Same for me, got Zidane, club member, got Hey Jude evolution. But I didn't receive Zidane evo. Can you solve this problem?

i never received my Zidane evo i played EA FC 24 right up to the last weekend league & played the EA FC beta & 10 hour trial on both of my accounts 

I am also missing the evo

Hi, there is also missing Zidane evo at myy account, i played before october 31st and i previously got Hey Jude! evolution which was also only for club members.

I am also a club member who received the Zidane card, but did not receive the associated evo.  It is disappointing for everyone to have an overpowered card, and not receive it when you qualify.  I see that the issue is being looked into.  However, the evo could simply be added for those who quality and did not receive it. Additionally, if it is difficult to tell who received it and who didn't, the evo could simply be added for everyone a second time, because if the evo was used for the player previously, it would have no impact to use it a second time. 

Please actually resolve the issue. 

I agree. It is incredibly frustrating to have to wait to do this evo until they fix the issue. I too qualify and have not received it. I was hoping to have it for futchamps this weekend but I guess EA had other ideas. They also still have  not responded to my hacking support ticket, which is incredibly frustrating.

I am also missing the Zidane evo.

I already have the Hey, Jude Evo, so I am a member.

Same issue... I want to evo my zidane for champions but i cant because of this bug. It´s unfair cause im gonna play against evo zidane´s and i should have it too but i didn´t get the evo being a club member

have played fc 25 ultimate team before 31 of september and was a club member because i got the  hey jude evo but with zidane i didnt get the evolution please help ?
