I have noticed that you need to complete exit out of game on console. If you just exit ultimate team and shut down console without closing out game completely then the web app objectives will be locked. I have also had to wait several minutes for it to sync before it will unlock.

Tried this and unfortunately it didn't work, tried logging in and out of app, changing the language, checking the sharing playtime settings. Nothing seems to work. Opened 2 cases with EA and they just marked them as resolved without replying. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks ,
