As I have mentioned to you, the anticheat is super sensible to things that write your memory and alter files in a way.
I will go with 2 approaches.
1. If this is not malicious in any way (any of the software in your machine), close each program through the windowns task manager (that is not required) like other anticheats and apps.
2. Add EAAnticheat and the EAApp to the list of exclusions from your firewall, and antivirus autoscan/ so it does not appear it is trying to write to it.
3. reinstall anticheat with EAs instructions https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/
If by any way someone is using malicious software, there is one called pxilok, which on PC there are thousands of people using. I would advise against it, as it changes the way the game works and causes the crash (I am no saying you are using it, but being an IT Sr Manager that works with this, I know a lot of people were led to believe this is a legit software).
I have researched this tool, and it is 100% malicious and it breaks the game completely. If someone indicated to you that you should be opening something before the game, then it is probably that, so you need to remove it. It will also compromise your data, as it has access to read information regarding your bank account, emails, documents, etc.
I hope this helps 🙂
