Re: Pre order ultimate team content missing EA FC 25

I haven’t received my 4600 FC points or my Hero pack yet and it’s now the 20th of September, I go on the companion app and it says FC points can’t be used in the store and I haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting EA help but a 12 minute wait til was more like a 40 minute wait time and I still didn’t get any help
