Make sure you are choosing FC 25 as your product. Then choose an issue from the list that you need help with. Not all of them offer options for contacting support.

I’ve tried raising a case 5 times and it takes the info then sends me to my cases and nothing new has appeared

I just bought 18500 points for eafc 24, and i’ve already logged in on eafc25, now i don’t get them. and yeah, most definately the same account, same consol even… Please help as this is a big amount of money.

I spoke with customer service, and they told me it's not possible to make the transfer a second time or if the pop-up window no longer appears. Am i dreaming? it's embarrassing that a multi-billion-dollar company refuses to help us with this. It’s clearly their decision because it’s technically feasible. I have no problem losing FC points this time. But they are definitely driving customers away and missing out on potential future earnings.

I’ve been told that it MIGHT be possible to log in to eafc ps5 version as it counts as the first time logging in. I really hope this works since i bought 18.5k points for eafc24….
