Received base Gold Lukaku while TOTS version was live – content error

Update: I contacted EA Support via live chat.

They confirmed that this issue is already known by their internal teams and that my case has been included in their official investigation report.

They couldn’t give an exact timeline, but assured me they are working on a resolution.

I’ll post any further updates here in case other players are affected by the same problem.
