Resetting the number of wins in rivals

Hi! I didn`t get 15 points before this Thursday, I was about 12 or so. So I didn`t get any rewards respectively. Then why was the number of wins/points reset? Now it shows like I have zero points and need 15 points for weekly reward. Don`t you think it`s unfair to say the least?
